SCHOOL EVENTS

Dominican College engage its students in extra-curricular activities to develop their mindset and knowledge towards academic excellence.

These includes: school excursions, inter-house sports, drama shows, inter / intra school competitions, current affrairs and in door games for students.

Just recently, On Saturday 9th February 2008, the school carried-out one of its finest inter-house sports competition at the school ground, where it hosted and thrilled its invited guests with spectacular and memorable sports showdown.

Some of the highlights for the day included an orderly match-pass competition of all the school houses.

At this point, the respective houses carried their house banner for identification to welcome the visitors and all dressed in colourful sportwears to demonstrate their readiness for full action.

Also on display was a marshal art competition, where some of the students engage in a friendly physical competition for fitness and wellness. Every guests were filled with spectacular experience about the Dominican Schools.

At the end of the occassion, Rev. Sr. Margaret Hussain, O.P. (Headteacher - Dominican College) expressed her gratitude to all invited guests, including friends of Dominicans who gave out their busy time to make the event a history to behold with.
