It
was another day of joy as some children
of CFCA Tarkwa-Bay welcomed Rev. Brother
Stephen Lucas, O.P. with a thrilling cultural
showdown after his return from Wheaton
in the United States for a visit to Tarkwa-Bay
Island on Wednesday, 7th May, 2008.
Bro. Stephen
expressed the huge contribution of St.
Michael's parishioners to the Dominican
Projects in Nigeria, especially, with the
construction of the ongoing Dominican College.

The Children
of Tarkwa-Bay, did not hold back but demonstrated
their love to the Children and people of
St. Michael's School, Wheaton, particularly
for their relentless support to build the
Dominican College, Mafoluku, Lagos, which
happen to be a dream school of most of
the Children who are currently beneficiaries
under the CFCA sponsorship programme.

During
the visitation, Bro. Stephen Lucas, O.P.
gave out a number of mosquito treated
nets to most families in the community
as a way to protect them from Mosquito
bites that might lead to malaria parasite.
At this
instance, the entire community of Tarkwa-Bay,
showed great love and gratitude to Rev.
Bro. Stephen Lucas, O.P. for his continuous
relentless compassion to elevate the living
standard and spiritual well being of
the people of Tarkwa-Bay Island.
